Where to Find Your Blocked Numbers List
Apple keeps one unified blocked list that covers Phone calls, Messages, and FaceTime — block someone in any of those apps, and they're blocked everywhere.

Can't Find It There? Try the Older Menu Path

Tap Edit in the top corner
Tap the red minus icon next to the number, then Unblock
Alternatively, open their contact card and tap Unblock Contact directly.
Once unblocked, they can immediately call, text, or FaceTime you again — there's no delay or confirmation step.
How to Block a New Number

Signs Someone Might Be Blocking You (Or You're Blocking Them)

Calls from a blocked number go straight to voicemail without ringing your phone.
Texts from a blocked number never arrive — no delivery notification, no "delivered" receipt, nothing.
